Best pole for the best price

Fantastic, sturdy pole. Easy to assemble and super easy to lock and unlock. Has stayed in place and I am 150lbs and flip myself all around on it so it's sturdy. Tips and tricks: clean your pole often with a rag and rubbing alcohol. It cleans it and improves your grip. Make sure you re-tighten your pole after playing on it and really trying to jolt it around. It helps keep it in place better. Make sure the floor is clean before setting up your pole.

Hugely Impressed with this pole

This pole was better than expected! I love the way that you can go from spin to stationary mode very easily just by pulling up the bottom ring, which from what I saw on other affordable options, is not easy to find. Also that the height adjustment part is on the bottom, none need to be up a ladder trying to adjust it. Overall I love this and looking forward to getting to practice pole at home!
