Hats are one size. They fit the average head size. It's 100% cotton and I have washed them in the washer, but I don't put it in the dryer. Nice on the go hat and great for bad hair days... They also last a long time I have the white for at least 4 yrs now. But I wanted another white and added a black hat to my small collection. the white in this picture id the 4 yr old and the black is the new one
