So far so good. Set up was easy it looked very user friendly. As an admin it was simple to choose what was was needed for my MIL. She has so far been able to use it, and is still checking out the features. Hopefully it continues to satisfy, as it is replacing her phone and has no calling ability other than with her family and no online shopping. All problems with the dementia.
