Honestly, pretty good little heated lunch box. My only issue is that it heats up really fast. The heating device has a hot spot in the middle that can over heat the metal insert pan. My metal pan already has discoloured and has those metal oil slick looking spots in the middle. I wish they sold separate replacement insert pans. But, it does heat up fast, keeps food warm and is easy to clean.

I bought this for my brother in law as a Christmas present. He's a plumber and works out in all the elements and he's packed cold lunches for years because he had no way to keep his lunch hot.
