I, accidentally, ordered the wrong size on this gown a few years ago and this will be my fourth personal gown and second gift. I order up for gifts as well. I'm usually a Lg in pjs. I ordered a 2x. I'm 5'3 and 155-160. I love how long it is (to my ankles!) and don't get me started about the pockets!!!!! Wash them inside out. Don't wash in hot and maybe use a lower heat setting on your dryer because the cat decals come off very easily. Not a deal breaker for me. Does not fade or pill. 10/10 recommend this item!!!!!!

It's likely true to size but I LOVE it so much because it's extremely long on my 5'3” frame (weight 160). I ended buying my 6' tall friend a 3X (she'd probably normally wear an XXL in pjs for her height) and she also loves hers.
