Seat pad and headrest – Remove from frame. Fasten buckles on seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hookand-loop patches to the corresponding patch. Machine wash with cold water, gentle cycle. No bleach. Tumble dry, using low heat. Toy bar and toys – Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water. Frame – Wipe the metal frame with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap. Storage – When putting swing away for storage, always store in a dry location, away from any heat sources, and out of the sun.

We warrant that all Company products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) or for the applicable minimum required warranty period in the location where the product is sold (the “Limited Warranty Period”). If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty does not apply to and expressly excludes (a) re-sold merchandise; (b) consumable parts, such as batteries; (c) cosmetic damage; (d) damage caused by use with non-Kids2 products; (e) products where any serial number is not present, has been removed or defaced; (f) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product’s owner's manual, (g) a product or part that has been modified, and (h) claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions (assembly, installation, maintenance, and use), abuse, alteration, involvement in an accident and normal wear and tear.

The swing is great. It was fairly simple to assemble. At higher speeds for the swing, I noticed that it raises up so I never go past setting 3. The white noise is calming for the baby. The tunes could be a little better in my opinion. Overall, the grandbaby enjoys for short periods.

Assembly was easy. Smooth and quiet swinging mechanism. I didn't like to use it with a newborn, the headrest positioning just wasn't to my likely (head just slouched too much for my preference) but once baby was about 1.5 months I got good use. Love how it can alternate between side to side and back and forth swing directions. Only downside I would say is it doesn't collapse or fold
