Much better in my opinion than the manual one. It's efficient with its suction and my baby tosses and turns so this helps quickly once I'm able to put it up his nose. Saves peace of mind and time and energy because I had a challenging time with the manual bulb one.

I really like having this to use for my baby. This stuff helps get out the thick stuck stuff in the nostril. Obviously if it's too deep it won't get it but the surface and kind of further in the nostril it will get out to help baby breathe. It's great for different sized noses especially with the different sized attachments. My older kids don't mind it but my baby fusses. The reservoir holds plenty so you aren't having to start and stop. The lights and music help distract my baby but once you get going it doesn't. It's a nice feature to have so they know what is coming.

We got this product as a replacement to another aspirator, which was a competitor brand. The other brand broke after about 10 uses . This one has a better design and sucks so much better. We have used this for about two months. It is easy to wash. We put ours in our sterilizer bottle washer and I like the clear function so you can see what's coming out of your baby's nose. On a sidenote, sometimes I just use this product for the lullabies.
