Hungry Girl Diet

I am currently back on this diet for the second time. I went on it last year & lost 10 pounds in about three weeks. The only problem I had is that you eat a lot of food and there is a lot of prep. You can prep some food ahead of time, but it is a lot. As far as diets go, you eat a lot so it nothing to help you get used to portion control. I am on the diet again, so obviously I think it works & I would and have recommended this book to anyone interested in losing weight.

The book was a bit confusing, had to look back on different pages to get the recipe for a meal. This is not a simple book to follow
