Had already owned and used the OD Green version of this jacket. It served well and had lots of life left in it, but unfortunately I accidentally ripped it in a place where patching or resewing weren't to be easily done. Easier to get a replacement. Chose black this time. Bought a 4XL; it's a bit roomy over just a T-shirt, but it allows for layering in weather swings. Great over a flannel shirt when temps go into the 40s. Plenty of sturdy snapped pockets for carrying stuff, and was happy to discover that there was no drop in quality from the earlier OD Green jacket. I also own the lined & hooded version of this jacket in the same color, which is good for when temps dip into the 30s. All in all, a great jacket for general outdoor activity.
