WOW! Talk about good, it was great! Cook it any way you want. Cut it in half do 1/2 in crock pot with pot roast seasoning in a pouch, or in a cast iron Dutch oven with veggies and use a beef roast seasoning pouch. Grab a couple of gravy mixes if you like gravy over beef broth gravy!

I always get this product. It cooks up very well not as much fat thank God. It's best when you cook it to cut it up if you're not eating it all in the same day and put some in the fridge and maybe make sandwiches out of it like I do. The price is gone up, which doesn't make me happy so now and then I'll find it when it's on sale.
