Great knives, very sharp

I bought the 19 piece knife set a month ago to replace a small set of knives bought over 35 years ago. It's a great assortment of knives to handle most tasks. They are very sharp. I have one issue. One of the knives is listed as a “utility knife”. It is identical to the 8 steak knives. (See image.) They should have included something different, possibly a deboning knife, rather than a 9th redundant steak knife.

Buena recomendación para comenzar en la cocina

Son un magnífico set de cuchillos para la cocina, y el filo dura bastante, la calidad de construcción es muy buena, el acero es muy bueno, el taco de madera viene bien rematado, son muy cómodos al cogerlos, y en general calidad precio muy por encima de otras marcas.
