It was good. I went to the back to pick it up. The back tire was never right. I should have inspected it better. Wasted money on the assembly. I think that they just got it off the floor. That is what I should have done. Anyway, it was too small for the child. I returned it, and that process for perfect. Remember to bring the order number for returns or the credit card that you used. I went inside and purchased a 24 inch. I love that bike and so does he.
