Quick Tips: Toss 12 small red potatoes cut into wedges, 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp melted butter with 12 tbsp Dash Original Seasoning Blend. Roast in oven until golden. Add 1 tbsp Dash Original Seasoning Blend to 2 cups cooked rice. Add sautéed vegetables such as peppers, onions or mushrooms and serve. Give eggs a lift. Add 1/2 tsp Dash Original Seasoning Blend per egg before cooking or right before serving. For best flavor, see date on bottom.

I literally use this in EVERY savory dish that cook. It is great on chicken, beef, fish, lamb, in eggs, in vegetables... literally EVERYTHING. I discovered this when my first born was a baby and had begun to eat solid foods. I wanted to be able to season her food without salt because I didn't want the salt to toughen her gums making it harder for her new little baby teeth to come in. I never expected that it would become an mainstay in my cooking. My Girls even put it over popcorn and use it to help doctor up their noodles.

I use this for everything from Eggs to hamburgers, works on anything without salt. The only complaint is that on the past 4 purchases of this big bottle, the seal has not been sealed! PLEASE do better to ensure our safety Mrs Dash!? Also, the price is climbing..
