I love this sausage! So easy for breakfasts or pastas! The hubs and kids love it too. Great flavor. Not too crazy and just the right amount of herbs and spices. Mild is perfect and not spicy. Not too much as far as gristle goes so it pretty smooth. Quality seems very good for the price.

Being a wimp about hot peppery flavors, i say this MILD Italian sausage is perfect. Appealing flavor without the use of painful capsaicin peppers to prove how macho i am. The texture is really outstanding: i encountered NO bits of bone or gristle. The appearance is attractive (good ratio of pink-red meat to white fat). Will be buying more in the future.
