I have been dealing with stomach issues - abdominal pain, extreme nausea, and a few others. I have had a ton of tests, blood work, endoscopy, colonoscopy, camera endoscopy, G.E.S; you name it I've probably had it. The Colonoscopy showed diverticulosis (diverticula pockets), and a tortuous colon. Gave me IBS medicine, I tried it and it resulted in me having even worse abdominal pain the next day. There were some "suspicious" spots on a few of my tests so they either sent me for another test or just said it was air bubbles. By the end of it, I was still dealing with the symptoms every day. So I decided to do some research about IBS and learned that it could just be an imbalance of my stomach bacteria; so I read about the strains and found the one that would treat pretty much all of the symptoms I was experiencing. Fortify happened to be the only probiotic in stock that contained the strain I was looking for so I ordered it, figured it wouldn't hurt to see if it'll help. About 3 weeks later of taking these every day, I am abdominal pain free (with the occasional twinge) and my nausea is gone (again occasional bouts but not near as often). In general I feel a LOT better and am just grateful to not have abdominal pain ALL THE TIME. I will say it has created quite a bit of gas, but during my research it mentioned that this is normal while your body adjusts. I am only 3 weeks in of course, but so far I'm happy with the product and plan to order more!
