Horrible customer service

Only chose 1 star since 0 is not an option. Quality of product is fine but don't order if you're not 100% sure on size etc. The medium fit my son but he could've really used a large so I tried to exchange and they told me it's customized and can't return. Nothing about this is customized. It literally just has the logo you see on the front. That is it. Also, the return policy for this item says you have 30 days from date of delivery to return. So they aren't even honoring their stated policy. Sent 3 messages about all of this and another follow up to get them to respond and they are now just ignoring all of my messages. Horrible customer service! Will never order from them again as they have really bad business practices.
