Very good ("solid wood") economical bed slats. But from the image of these bed slats, I expected these horizontal "solid wood" bed slats to be connected by two vertical rails of wood. And from the product description ("solid wood"), I did NOT expect these "solid wood" bed slats to be connected by strips of plastic or cloth. The description says "solid wood." It does NOT say, "solid wood bed slats connected by strips of plastic (or cloth)."

Perfect, especially for big and tall people

The descriptions say that they are “extreme heavy duty” and they are. The box is heavy, so you'll need help carrying it inside. Pros: We needed this to replace a box spring on a fairly new mattress that is sinking a bit due to a big and tall person. The wood is excellent: Southern Yellow Pine, harvested in the southern US. —-there was a hole drilled into the slats on the ends to screw into the bed. —- the slats are all uniform lengths —- the only thing for you to do is unroll it and put it on your bed and replace the mattress —- there is light webbing that keeps the slats together. When you unroll them, you won't be chasing stray slats and lining them up repeatedly —- the mattress is comfie and supported, according to my son Cons: measure your bed accurately before ordering. Note: the company sent the wrong product originally. They quickly corrected their error.
