Compact and attractive litter box
The item is attractive for what it is. It keeps the litter from getting all over the floor, and the trays slide out for scooping. Some litter does fall out during use and end up under the tray but it's minimal. I have two cats so two of these litter boxes and I'm very happy with them. My cats use the top opening for entry and exit more than the flap in the front. They're young and still on the small side but I think it will be fine even when they get bigger. When assembling, you want to make sure you have the upper opening toward the back side of the box. It's made of hard plastic and everything snaps together, but you want to pay attention to what you're doing and make sure things have snapped into place. You have to push the top down until it clicks into place. The top has small holes in it so the litter that gets tracked out can be brushed back into the litter tray. and it's pretty sturdy.

This took a very short time to assemble. I really like how it keeps most of the litter in the box. When a cat goes out the swinging door, very little litter follows him or her. When they leave from the top, the design makes the litter on their paws fall back into the box. The only thing I would change is they need to make the drawer in the bottom that holds the litter deeper. Doesn't hold much, and I have several cats. I will get another box like this, and I highly recommend it.

Good alternative to standard litter boxes
I like the fact that the sliding drawer makes it easy and convenient to scoop or change the litter, and easy to just pull it out, dump it and wash it. The enclosure does a pretty good job of containing the litter that gets tossed around, but some of it does get out and collect around the drawer so there is some mess to be swept up. The drawer itself is fairly small, so I don't think one of these would be a good option for multiple cats. I have two cats and two of these, and I scoop daily so it's working for me. The assemby is relatively easy, the parts and pieces snap together and stay together, and it's sturdy enough to have cats climbing in and out and standing on top of it. It's not exactly a decor item but it's not ugly sitting there. I'm happy with it.
