Great for Women too! Light comfortable cotton! I bought L and flip waistband over once for a more ruffled look (my measurements:36-29-39). Wish they would start making these for women in cuter colors instead of mostly blue. I wear these around the house constantly in summer because the fabric is so lightweight. The cut of this brand is more roomy in the hips than other brands IMHO which is what makes them great.
