Majestic Pet | Villa Velvet Round Pet Bed For Dogs, Removable Cover, Aubergine, Small

Terrible company - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM UNBEATABLE SALES. Received this $55 item and it was too small for my dog. I followed their return instructions, which required me to return the dog bed in all original packaging, which I did. When I got to the post office, they said because the shipping box was so large (ie, the original box I was required to ship it in) the shipping cost was $45. The item was unused and in pristine condition but, because of the extraordinarily high shipping cost, I was only effectively going to get $10 back. I had also already ordered the larger size dog bed but when I called the company they said they didn't do anything wrong, they don't reimburse for shipping costs, and they don't do exchanges. They didn't care that I ordered the larger size - and was effectively exchanging the item - they were not interested at all in helping in this the situation and instead accused me of not understanding their return policy. I definitely understand their return policy - and understand that no one should order from them. Unless you're ok with getting 20% of your money back on a new/unused return item. AVOID THIS COMPANY CALLED UNBEATABLE SALES.
