I've discovered that if you use the psyllium husk as directed , and 2 cascara sagrada caps two times per day, - I read the above statement and tried this. I also had spent too much money for a cleansing system- I have tried this for only a couple of days- and I am already getting similiar results. SO far, I am using this only once a day.
