I got this ankle brace to help with my healing after ankle surgery. According to the size chart I should wear a small, however I've learned from experience to order the next size up. I ordered a medium, it fits great. This brace is comfortable to wear for several hours. It doesn't dig into my leg or foot like some others do. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS ANKLE BRACE!!!!
