Solid trampoline, great customer service

The trampoline was relatively easy to assemble, but plan for two people and a couple of hours! Six months in, it has held up well to lots of kids and lots of bouncing. However, the other day part of one of the poles supporting the net broke-- entirely because of roughhousing with the basketball hoop. I contacted the distributor, and they are sending me a replacement part. It's been great customer service and I know the kids are excited to get back on the tramp!
