Hi there and thank you for you concern, Just remember these creases are not permanent! Below are some tips that should help with making your rug lay flat:1. Back rolling/ Reverse rolling the rug (leave it back rolled for 48-72 hours)- place heavy furniture on the rug while back rolled/ reverse rolled to keep it from unraveling2. Refer to our video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs 3. Use indoor rug/carpet tape- tape down corners of the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug.4. Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding – Rug Pads - only use an outdoor rug pad for all outdoor rugs.5. Use a rug gripper for hardwood flooring Recommended solutions for outdoor rugs:1. Use lukewarm/hot (not boiling) water on the edges of your rug to help lay flat. Put weight on the edges once the rug is damp. Leave it that way for several hours.2. Use indoor/outdoor anti-curl rug corner grippers. It comes in "V" shaped corner pieces. You can find these online or through a store.3. Use an outdoor rug pad like our Safavieh outdoor rug pad (PAD140) and use outdoor carpet tape. Tape the rug to the pad. Outdoor rugs are made with durable synthetic materials to help them to withstand high traffic and natural weather elements. We hope this information helps!
