I was looking to add a second set of china to my collection. Wanted to change my dining table look occasionally. After looking around for a couple of years at used sets being sold on various websites and Facebook "Buy and Sell" sites, I happened upon the the Mikasa Platinum set and fell in love!!!! Very classy!! The pricing was superb. The Mikasa website actually had the best pricing anywhere. I look forward to dressing up my holiday dining table with this beautiful set.
