He puts Gatorade and even just ice so as it melts he has ice cold water. Perfect for anyone who works outside. Its been a long time since having one of these bags but this one is great. I love that the hose unscrews from the bag and mouthpiece for easy cleaning. Its also easy to move the drinking tube to be on left or right side strap. I do have a bit of trouble getting the cap screwed back on after filling but not so much that it affects use of product.

I needed something to stay hydrated while cutting the lawn. This works perfectly. I don't have to worry about water bottles or cups falling out of holders. Only callout would be that I do wish the mouthpiece was a little easier to use. You have to get it positioned just right or water will not flow properly.
