Wrong Unit and not honoring return policy .

I purchased that unit for what was adveritised it said 1200watt 2400 peak and 30 days free return . I recieved a unit with owner manual that stated 1200 max only . wrote to the seller he said that I got what I ordered , I explain to him there is a differance between 1200watt max and 1200watt 2400 peak , I asked the seller to google to learn about it because that is misleading the consumer. The seller replied back if I dont like what I got send it back and seller will charge me a 25% fee if I return it. So I will send it back and seler must honor the 30 day free return and not to charge me 25% , since he did send the wrong unit and not as addvertise it

They do NOT respond to warranty claims!!!!

I used this Power Station for 10 months until when I needed it most it just died. No battery and no power coming out of the unit even when it is plugged in, DEAD! I tried to call Massimo three times, each time no one answers the phone they leave you on hold for exactly 15 minutes and then without a warning you get a tone to leave a message. None of the calls were returned. I also used the contact email on their website only for it to bounce right back as invalid. I then asked for Walmart's help since Massimo sold me this unit through their market place. Walmart made two requests of Massimo to inform them I was trying to file a warranty claim and each time they responded that the only way I could do that was on their "Main" website massimomotors.com. I had been trying to contact them on their other website massimoelectric.com where they show all of the power stations, silly me. On the massimomotors.com website I was able to find a warranty claim form but it is designed for warranty claims on their motorsports vehicles. It requires the VIN number (the power station does not even have a serial number), a photo of the odometer to confirm the mileage and proof of purchase. Although I attached a pdf of the invoice from Walmart.com the web form kept asking to attach even though it was attached. Off course I was not able to provide valid VIN or a photo of the odometer. Because of these missing items I was unable to submit the warranty form. On that same "Main" website I found a customer service e-mail where I outlined my issue in great detail including my inability to get a response from them and to file a warranty claim on their site where they requested it. I worked on this for 3 weeks and now I have given up. Their entire process is designed not to have to honor warranties and to ignore any customer service issues. When Walmart contacts them instead of responding to their customer they are telling Walmart that the only way to get any warranty support is for the customer to file a claim on an impossible form on their website. There are far better options than this product. Never again!!!
