It was easy to assemble, after i figured it out, as the instructions were poor. It went easily into my ford escape after lowering the seat and tiller. We took it to a neighborhood garage sale so my wife could keep up with the kids. She was there several hours and worked great.

Nice scooter which is lite weight enough to easily lift into back of SUV etc. Yet is heavy duty enough to hold 300 pounds. Smaller in stature, it is a bit cramped for a large/tall person for any great length. Nice features at a very good price.

Poor customer service

I have been trying to find out how I can get the seat on this Scooter to be removed so I can adjust it to my comfort. I have gotten nothing but the runaround and wrong numbers to call from Walmart customer service. I called my extended warranty company and they gave me the runaround. I want to return it. Need someone to pick it up.
