These work very very well. And even though they are not habit forming so it says but they are and can become a very dependent way of falling asleep. Please be careful and only use these for a restful nights sleep and not during the day while working or driving around. These are very strong and if you take them in an empty stomach or wait at least four hours after eating the effect will be that much stronger to put you to sleep. You will feel these and it can be overwhelming along with very dry mouth. Please be careful.

Tylenol pm is great for sleep and pain. don't take too much, and check the side effects. also make sure if you took medication with acetaminophen (bad for your liver to take more than 400 mg)
