Right outnof the box itnis easy to operate with clear instructions. i put the patches on immediately. i do a lowlt of driving and get mild back pain often. it loosened my miscles instantly and ease the pain. Its rechargeable via Type C which makes it even better. the patches stay secure where placed. i definitely reccomend this product
