They must be used to wearing low rise bikini underwear. They fit at your natural waist. They run true to size. Order the same size you always wear.

Hanes Total Support Pouch Briefs are great!

Very comfortable. Unfortunately my package does not fall naturally into the pouch. I have to lift my 'berries' up and over into it. However, once everything is settled, I am good to go. Fabric is SUPER comfortable and ride up is waaaaaaaaaay less than I've had with most other boxer briefs regardless if standard or longer length. I won't be wearing them now because it's so hot and nastyn Arizona this time of year (August); however, I look forward to wearing them in the winter. THANK YOU HANES!!!
