There are lego sets and there are lego sets. Having been recently introduced to Van Gogh's work- both art and literature, I wondered if my World could get any better? Oh yes it has. Van Gogh breaks into my other passion- Lego! Wow, wow, wow, how on earth can Starry night become a lego model- well 2,300 pieces later- here it is. Unlike any other set I have ever built ( and I've built a fair few), suspense builds with each piece. It isn't immediately apparent how this set will come together but as with any painting- when you stand back the bigger picture is revealed. Impressed and astonished, this set is worth every single penny. A small Vincent mini fig stands alongside you instructing you with each paintbrush stroke how to construct this piece of art. Lego=Art, definitely. Pride of place in my home and soon to be locally exhibited-Van Gogh lives on today, finding new expressions to connect with people. Never to be forgotten. Thank you Vincent and Lego for the best set ever!!!

Earned some serious "Dad Points" with this one
My 6 year-old daughter gave this gift to her Mother on Mothers Day (May 12th). They finished it today. My wife told me today it was the best gift she can ever remember receiving. Since receiving this gift over 6 weeks ago, every night for 45 minute after dinner my Wife and Daughter tackled this epic "Starry Night" project together. excellent build
this was an awesome build! it took me about a week but it's so impressive in the end!! friends and family were amazed at how beautiful it turned out. the little details of a village in the foreground and the van Gogh figurine really added to it. if you love big Lego builds, you'll love this one!!
