Great price for its size and features. Quick delivery. Easy to put together. Stable when assembled. Height I was looking for. Color works well in my living room. Multiple platforms and cubbies for my 2 cats to rest or play in. It took 3 tries to find one they like but this one definitely is now their favorite ~ lol. - Could be “finished” better as you have to spend some time during assembly to position so construction staples don't show but for the price not that big of deal.
