I have tried many different pillows, some more money than these and always got too soft or firm, but these are great well worth the money, they are in-between soft and firm you have nice support with them, when they ship these to you, they are vacuum sealed in a bag they compress them for easier shipping So you have to give them an hour or two to get fully inflated.

Came vacuum packed. Completely odor free (I hate the department store fragrance that permeates most of these products now). Fluffed up easily to a larger pillow. I would not quite call them a queen size, but frankly I don't know what "queen" size pillows really should be so probably spot on. I bought 3 packs of them to use on an old couch as cushion improvements. They would work well as intended also (for your head).
