For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

I bought this runner to match a rectangle and a round in the same pattern. The color is so pretty. A soft gray, with some cream and tan. I'm slowly transitioning to grays, so this was perfect. Shipping was great. I opened a few days after shipping, so it was a bit curled up, but nothing a steamer couldn't fix in just minutes. It's a bit thin, but I expected that because it is stated in the details. I recommend this rug.
