First pigtail I received looked very used. Was able to get a replacement which looked new in the box which is what I had originally paid for. After a few calls to customer service we were able to iron things out. I think because it was considered a Walmart product they should have overnighted the 2nd one due to the inconvenience. Pleased with product.
