. Carefully drop the Instant Smile Flex in hot water to soften them. 2. After softening, place them over your teeth similar to press on veneers. 3. The front 4 teeth measure approximately 1 1/8 inch across for sizing reference. 4. Reheat and remold as many times as needed until a satisfactory fit is achieved. 5. Remember not to use while sleeping or eating, and existing tooth structure is necessary for the product to sit firmly in the mouth.
