Different consistency, very sweet, tasty!

Hi, this was a substitute for my pandan waffles. I read somewhere if you want your wales to be extra rich to use this rather than canned coconut milk so I went for it. I will do it have a very good coconut flavor, however my waffles were very stone like after cooking. I think due to the already high sugar content of the coconut cream. If I were to use this again in my recipe I think I may lower my measurements from one cup of sugar to about a half cup or even quarter cup since this ingredient is plenty sweet! The coconut flavor did shine in this dish. Would like to give it another try to get my waffles to the way I like them. Fluffy and a little bouncy

Yes, there are 1 star reviews, but they are all about the cans being dented. Other than that, this product is a 5 out of 5. We used this product to make family virgin pins coladas and they were amazing due to this product. We used half of coconut cream can, half of a can of pineapple chunks and half of the juice in the pineapple chunks, 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Maybe 1 1/2 cups of ice, plus 1/2 can of coconut milk, topped off with lime juice 2 tbsp. Lime juice is important as it brings out more flavor and less sweetness. This was such a success and this product should not be substituted for any other cream of coconut. Just know that your can will be dented. It's like buying a new car, you can't prevent it from happening.
