Different consistency, very sweet, tasty!

Hi, this was a substitute for my pandan waffles. I read somewhere if you want your wales to be extra rich to use this rather than canned coconut milk so I went for it. I will do it have a very good coconut flavor, however my waffles were very stone like after cooking. I think due to the already high sugar content of the coconut cream. If I were to use this again in my recipe I think I may lower my measurements from one cup of sugar to about a half cup or even quarter cup since this ingredient is plenty sweet! The coconut flavor did shine in this dish. Would like to give it another try to get my waffles to the way I like them. Fluffy and a little bouncy

The consistency is not the same in every can. Some cans after put in frig after stirring up is nice thick and creamy . Next can has a thick layer of hard coconut oil then under that its like coconut water so you never know can to can what your getting BUT let me tell you no matter what the taste is Awesome!!! I put it in my coffee
