Gamma2 Vittles Vault Outback Dry Pet Food Storage Seal Bucket, Gray, 10 Pound Capacity

I needed an insect-proof container for my dog's prescription dry food. I like the Gamma2 Vittles Vault 10lb/5kg Bucket. I keep the dry kibbles in the bag it comes in, which is 8.8lb/4kg. This way I keep the bucket clean. The mouth of the bucket is big enough to place the bag inside easily. The 10lb bucket is sturdy, but easy for me to lift with the bag inside. (I am in my mid-70's.) I can open and close the lid fairly easily too. If someone wanted to put dry food directly into the bucket, the 10lb bucket may not accommodate a full 10lb bag of dry kibble. You have to allow about 1.5” space inside for when the lid is closed. I like this bucket because it contains the bag, and keeps bugs out. I can open and close the lid, and I can lift it. It keeps the expensive prescription dry dog food fresh. I recommend this item and this brand. Got a bigger dog? You're gonna need a bigger bucket! Which this company makes!
