very versatile, fine milled atta.

Make great Sour dough bread with this using a 15% Wheat loaf. The flour can also be used to make the starter Yeast. You can make great breads with this as long as you add enough bread or other flour with higher protein to hold its shape, but this is a versatile flour even as the price has gotten higher It is still a good bang for the buck.
