More stable and accurate than angled sending units

Worked like a charm. Functions better than the sending units that are at an angle in the tank. I don't understand why anyone would go with those angled ones in a boat. They bounce around too much, making it difficult to tell how much fuel you really have until you stop. This reed switch style, however, is much more stable and accurate.

I would highly recommend this product

My order arrived ahead of scheduled delivery. Product was easy to install. All necessary hardware was included as well as new gasket. Installed in my boat water tank and also one in my diesel tank. Works great! A definite improvement over mechanical tank senders that were previously installed. Would highly recommend this product to boat owners. Be reminded that the 9" tank sender tube with float is 1" shorter then the tank depth chosen when ordering. Unit tube length is recommended to be at least 1" shorter than the measured tank depth.
