About this item

Product details

Gather fuel level information and keep your boat running smoothly with the Moeller Swingarm Mechanical Sending Unit. It connects to a dash mounted gauge without a conversion capsule and the internal components will not rust or corrode. The fuel tank sending unit has a float that rotates easily in 90 degree increments for tank's wall and baffle clearance. A true DIY product, it lets you measure the tank depth and make the swingarm float the exact length for accurate fuel level. The mechanical fuel gauge has been calibrated to the industry standard of 33-240 ohms and comes complete with five hole gasket and screws.

DO NOT USE FOR WATER

The mechanical parts, that is the float, gears, and ends that hold those are all corrosion resistant. The length of tubing that holds the top and bottom together some kind of crap metal that dissolves in water. Seriously? For a few cents more they could have made it out of stainless steel. Or brass. But no, It's fine for fuel. But do not use it in water.
