Terrible quality and not true to size

This is the third shirt/sweater that I have returned to Walmart. I don't know who chose Walmarts new vendors but the quality of the items ordered on-line is very poor. The shirt in this picture didn't look anything like it when it arrived. The design was blurred, and the colors weren't true to the picture. Not to mention the fabric is very very thin. I ordered a size “small” but it fit more like a large. I would not recommend purchasing this item.
