Try It For Leg Cramps It Helped Me
I Get excruciating "Charlie Horse" pains in both legs that wake me up almost every night. My doctor suggested that I take Magnesium supplements because I must not be getting enough Magnesium from the food I eat. I sleep better and my leg pains are super low or none at all since I started taking these before bed every night.
