Good but not sturdy enough

I would say these pans are good for holding large items and have more than enough room in the pan to fill them as much as possible. My only complaint is that you can't hold them up without having to put a cookie sheet or something to make sure you don't drop your food out of them if you try to carry it to the oven, etc. Especially if you cooking anything with liquid in it. So my advice is to double your pans.

Handy for cooking and more

These big pans come in so handy. They're not super sturdy, so do keep that in mind. I transport mine on a large baking sheet or put hands underneath while moving. I use them for cooking hams or turkeys. They're also good for filling with ice and sticking drinks in them in the Summer at cookouts. They'll hold quite a few drinks. I set my drinks down, and pour the ice around them. You could sit bowls on the ice to keep things cold, as well.
