(Keurig) warrants that your brewer will be free of defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use for one year from the date of purchase. My one and half year old keurig supreme plus maker just stopped working and was forced to purchase a new coffee maker. After speaking with a keurig agent I realize that keurig would not offer any refund or meaningful credit. So decided to purchase the keurig supreme model and so far it's working fine. This is the third coffee maker from keurig that just stopped working for over the past 5 or 6 years always after the warranty date and not pleased with the quality of the product but resigned to the fact that the convenience is what is keeping me engaged with keurig.
