It is extremely hard to find lunchboxes that are still made with that inner shell. Not only does this one have a shell, it has a shelf that sits on the top. That means you can keep your food items separate from other things you might need to bring to work. It is very roomy, so not only will it make a good lunch box. You can use it to pack your beach items. it seems sturdy and well made. It was a little expensive for a lunch bag, but it's seems like it was definitely worth it. it has pockets in the front and mesh pockets on the side as well as grommets to attach your keys to. The non-zipper Velcro opening on the top will make it easy for you to grab a bottle of water or a snack if you have it sitting next to you on the passenger seat . if you live in a hot environment like Florida, you need a lunchbox that is big enough to accommodate several of the larger ice packs.
