It features a flannel backing for comfort and has two sides for different treatment options. The gel pack remains pliable when frozen and is designed for cold therapy to reduce inflammation and relieve pain. It is latex-free , non-toxic , and safe for all ages. The pack can be frozen for 1.5 to 2 hours and applied for up to 20-25 minutes. It is designed for ergonomic full coverage of the neck, shoulders, and upper back.
