I bought it for the 4 year old but kids all the way up to 15 can ride it. Even with a riders it goes very fast. Very well made. My kids (6,8,10) love, love, love this. They each ride it pretty much daily in my yard ( my poor grass ) and on the street. I wish that Razor made this more "smart" with basic features like how much battery life it actually has left but it's ok. If your kid has begged you for a rideable kids vehicle this will pretty likely a smile on their face daily. =)
