Then when the kids want to play more competitively or with adults, they can but the faster barrel in. the battery being built in and charged with usb-c is so easy to use. I believe the gel blaster also has overheating precautions to prevent fire. It is great as a gift for people wanting to get into gel blasters.

We bought two Gel Blaster Surge blasters for Christmas. They are the exact same model. One works perfectly, but the other does not work at all. We charged both for over six hours as instructed. The working one is fine, but the other says it's fully charged and then immediately has no charge. After reading other low reviews, it seems many people are having the same issue. This was a big letdown, especially for a Christmas gift. Quality control is clearly inconsistent.
